For Books - Order for Books

Once you purchase a book from out Site, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. We will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.

Delivery Fee

The delivery fee must be paid by the buyer which may vary depending upon the location.

Delivery Time

Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing normally.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, Co-Vid 19, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Book Refund Policy

For returns/refunds, the book must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item of return must be as we sent it - without damages such as, but not limited to tears, or tampering. You must email us first at support@expandyourself.com with the email subject ‘Return/Refund’ request and the details within 7 days from receiving the item.

If we suspect that the Customer is making repeat returns, Expand Yourself Training Academy | Thomas Jordan retains discretion and the right to deny or disapprove a return/refund request.

Group Coaching Sessions

No cancellation request or refund request is accepted for Group Coaching Sessions. All session are conducted on a one to one basis. Coaching sessions can be re-scheduled within 24 hours in advance and will remain non-refundable afterwards.

Online Courses

Expand Yourself Training Academy | Thomas Jordan offers a 30 days money back guarantee for the Online Courses. Please send us an email on support@expandyourself.com to initiate a request.

Offline Tickets

All Offline Tickets are non-refundable after 30 days. Customers are permitted to transfer the offline ticket one time to another person but will remain non-refundable.
